On behalf of Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) Organic Services finalized an impact analysis regarding „Production, certification and marketing of organic shrimp from Ecuador” in January 2014.

From 1999 until 2001 GIZ co-financed a pilot project for the development of world-wide first production rules for organic shrimp production implemented by Naturland Association. Publication of the study results can expected within the first quarter of 2014.
