Investing in organic means investing in a healthy Europe, where the focus is on people, their health and their work on the farms, in mills, dairies, butchers or in the shops” as the German organic umbrella organisation points out in a press release.

The Farm to Fork strategy is a strong signal to EU member states as well as to all other nations that it is high time to redirect policies for which organic food and farming can serve as a blueprint.
