India Organic Congress, 2007 

The India Organic Congress 2007, taking place November 29 - 30 under the title “India Organic Agribusiness.. @ Threshold of Growth” was organised by ICCOA based on the experience and know how gained while cooperating with Organic Services for the Congress in 2006. However the number of sessions and presentations were reduced. State, Organisation and Company (SOC) was maintained. Organic Services India supported the development of the programme and the selection of national and international speakers.

Organic Services, Germany and Organic Services India focused on supporting exhibitor activities by attending to b2b meetings and meeting with stallholders. Many questions about how to further develop the exhibitors’ programmes, quality in products, development of the domestic and international markets were answered. Meeting with organisations organising farmers (e.g. Morarka or Janhit Foundation) as well as with governmental organisations like APEDA were held. Representatives of Nürnberg Messe and Nürnberg Global Fairs were supported in their activities regarding a cooperation with ICCOA.
