Organic Aquaculture and Sustainable Fisheries

During 2005, Udo Censkowsky, co-founder and director of the international consultancy Organic Services, has organized a series of specific seminars on organic aquaculture and sustainable fisheries in co-operation with various partners (among others BioFach, Deutsche See, Naturland, New Hope).

Due to his pioneer engagement in this innovative segment, Udo Censkowsky succeeded to assemble prominent speakers and other pioneers of the organic aquaculture sector to several top events. An impressive number of interested participants and visitors underlined the great interest in organic aquaculture and sustainable fisheries, and the need for further information and exchange of experiences among stakeholders.

Therefore, Organic Services has decided not only to continue with the organization of these specific seminars but also to launch an information platform for the sector with different stakeholder organizations in 2006.
